Talent Development has never had more tools:
● Leadership programs
● Competency models
● Coaching
● Performance management
● Employee engagement surveys
● Succession planning
● Change initiatives
...yet many organizations still struggle to create lasting behavior change, and are not able to maximize performance. Organizations are rife with opportunities for leveraging influence to make business-critical initiatives more successful, more quickly.
Most likely, the challenges faced by your organization are not knowledge problems; they are influence problems.
You don't need another initiative - you need people who know how to influence more effectively within the programs you already have in place.
★ Learn the influence framework that shifts behavior and facilitates buy-in for change.
★ Understand the science of how people think, so that you can leverage it to reduce change resistance and build forward momentum.
★ Learn a practical model that you can use immediately to build trust and improve influence.
