A Message from ATDLI President, Kiki Orski

Dear ATD Long Island Community,

I am truly honored to have been re-elected as President of the Association for Talent Development here on Long Island. Serving in this role is a privilege, and I am both humbled and energized by the opportunity to continue the important work of strengthening our chapter.

Over the past year, we have made great strides in building momentum—bringing new voices into the conversation, creating valuable opportunities to learn and connect, and re-igniting the passion for professional development that has always been at the heart of ATD Long Island. I am confident that together, we will see our chapter grow!

But here’s the truth: we cannot do it alone. We need the support, energy, and engagement of every Learning and Development professional, trainer, facilitator, coach, and instructional designer across Long Island. This is your community—a place to share best practices, explore fresh ideas, and support each other in all things learning.

Now is the time to get involved, to bring a colleague, to share our mission, and to ensure that ATD Long Island is the place where learning professionals come together to connect, grow, and thrive.

Thank you for your trust and your partnership. I am excited for all that lies ahead, and I look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events as we continue building something truly special—together.

With appreciation, Kiki Orski President, ATD Long Island
