Artificial intelligence (AI) is permeating our world at an unprecedented velocity. While it has great promise for transforming our organizations, we must consider how we will leverage AI to enhance our organizations. In this session, we’ll explore how AI can enable augmented intelligence of teams and how augmented intelligence teams (AIT) move us toward becoming augmented enterprises (AEs). An AE is an organization where AI and human teaming are used to advance creativity, exploration, production, and other organizational outputs for competitive advantage. In this session, we will cover:

• AI change-readiness factors
• Design patterns for augmented intelligence teams
• Examples of team-based prompt engineering for problem solving, critical thinking, and collaboration
• Technology considerations
