This session will give you an overview of key principles of change resistance and a review of selected change management frameworks.
Understanding psychological aspects of resistance helps managing it. By developing a better understanding of change resistance, change leaders can implement effective strategies to address the underlying reasons for the resistance.

Oliver holds a M.A. Change Leadership/Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, an M.B.A. from Pace University, and a B.S. Information Systems Management from New York University.
