Content and Context for Education and Training: A Values-Based Framework.

This session will provide a general overview of the purpose and aim of adaptive instructional systems and a discussion of a human-centric approach in developing and evaluating employee expertise. 

Although we've had to postpone our ATD Forte conference, we continue to work hard to create value for our talent development community. We’ve reached out to our conference presenters to see if they'd be willing to share their experience and expertise via webinar; the response was overwhelming!  

Each Friday from 12:00pm – 1:00pm, an executive from some of the largest organizations in the world will present relevant content with practical takeaways all talent development professionals can utilize. Note that this content will be related to and different from their ATD Forte presentation.
