Have you ever felt “stuck?” Dwelling on a problem and can’t find a way out? Join the club! Everyone gets stuck in “problem mode” sometimes. In this webinar, you’ll learn a simple, powerful model you can use to help others break out of “problem mode” thinking and move toward solutions.

1. Learn about the disadvantages of being stuck in “problem mode.”
2. Learn how to determine when a problem-based coaching model is appropriate.
3. Learn how to apply the P.I.T.S.I.T.N. coaching model to help clients move out of “problem mode.”

About Ben Butina

Ben Butina, PhD. has been involved in learning and development for almost 20 years. He’s worked as an instructional designer, facilitator, leadership coach, and training manager. Ben hosts the Department 12 Podcast, a podcast for industrial-organizational psychologists. His research interests include training, leadership development, talent management, and positive psychology in the workplace.
