Gender differences in the workplace are not often obvious, but they are there and are often misunderstood. Understanding how to communicate better to men and women is especially vital to learning and development professionals. This stimulating presentation is based on gender intelligence principles, described by Dr. John Gray in his book “How to Get What You Want at Work”. (Dr John Gray is an internationally recognized expert in the areas of gender intelligence, relationships, and communication and the bestselling author of 16 books, including “Men are From Mars, Women Are from Venus)”.

Containing a mix of video clips of Dr. Gray, theory, skills, and exercises this presentation will give you the tools to improve communication and enrich working relationships. This stimulating session can help you to increase productivity by providing a greater awareness and appreciation of the diverse characteristics within each of us – and how these differences can positively or negatively affect productivity. You will get practical advice on everyday office issues.

Liza Davis is a Corporate Trainer with Mars Venus Coaching and Training and a Certified Executive and Life Coach, personally trained by Dr. John Gray. Liza facilitates corporate training on gender-based leadership, sales, communication, coaching and other professional development topics. Most recently she worked as a Training Consultant with IBM and Samsung, where she provided training facilitation in English, Spanish and Russian in the US, Europe, South and Central Latin America.

Liza is an Executive and Life Coach, passionate about transforming her clients’ lives and careers. She coaches executives, business owners, and professionals all over the world to improve performance, increase productivity, and boost profitability. She also motivates her clients to find fulfillment, love, and happiness in their lives. She has worked as a Peak Performance Coach for a world renowned coaching organization and as an Executive Coach for a Global Talent Management Firm. Liza’s previous background is in Human Resources, she was VP of Diversity Recruiting at Wells Fargo Bank.
