Employee experience is one of the latest buzzwords in the world of talent management. Employee Experience” has become a catch all phrase for everything in talent. Many programs (employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, performance management) are a part of the employee experience. Our panelists will discuss their organizations' efforts in employee experience and discuss how their programs affect the experiences of employees.
