Employee experience is one of the latest buzzwords in the world of talent management. Employee Experience” has become a catch all phrase for everything in talent. Many programs (employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, performance management) are a part of the employee experience. As a talent development professional it might be hard to navigate the new world of employee experience. Our panelists will discuss their organizations' efforts in employee experience and discuss how their programs affect the experiences of employees.  

About Maria Jackson 

Maria is an accomplished organization and talent development change enabler and Results Certified coach with over two decades of success across multiple industries. She has worked with leaders and groups throughout the employee life cycle to accelerate individual, team and company growth. She is known as a strategic thinker, influencer and passionate partner with extensive background in designing, developing, deploying, measuring and evolving integrated talent management solutions. She recently joined BNB Bank in a newly created position as their VP, Director of Talent Development.

Maria is a life-long learner as demonstrated by her continuous desire to grow her knowledge and skills. She holds a BA in Education, a MS in Instructional Technology, certifications in Myer’s-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI) Hogan, DISC, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Leadership Development & Succession Strategist (LDSS) and is a Reiki II practitioner. She is also working toward her ICF ACC coaching credential and looks to have that completed by the end of the year.

Maria loves to give back to the community and volunteers her coaching services at the Community Growth Center and shares Reiki in various forums. She also serves as the Treasurer and Director of Corporate Compliance for the International Coach Federation Long Island Chapter (ICF-LI). She has lived on long Island her entire life and enjoys listening to books (Audible is her new favorite app), traveling and spending time outdoors with her husband, two sons and their dog. About Casey Lynch

Casey Lynch is the Program Manager for the Employee Experience team at Northwell Health. In the beginning of her career, Casey rotated through multiple HR functions over the course of her first three years where she gained a deep appreciation for the role human resources plays in the success of an organization. After her three year rotation, Casey was a key member of the team that developed and implemented the organization’s Employee Value Proposition. This work helped shape Casey’s passion for culture work and the notion of leading with empathy, compassion and a bit of humor, to drive organizational performance.

About Andrew Martins 

Andrew Martins M.S. is a Talent Agent at Altice USA; brands include Cheddar, News 12, I24 News, Altice Mobile, Suddenlink, and Optimum Cable. As a Talent Agent, Andrew is responsible for enterprise wide leadership development, and their emerging talent rotation program. His professional interest includes coaching for success, future proofing, and creating creative, fun, engaging, and practical talent solutions. Prior to Altice USA, Andrew worked in similar compacity at PepsiCo focusing on talent management and succession planning for PepsiCo’s R&D, eCommerce, and Finance functions. Andrew also worked at Aon Hewitt conducting external assessment for Bank of America, Darden Restaurants and McDonald's Corporation.

About Gregory Moise, PhD. 

Gregory Moise Ph.D. is currently at KPMG working as a Manager on the Organizational Effectiveness team. In this role, Greg supports firm leaders by providing them with insights from the firm’s engagement surveys, and by helping them assess how well their organization’s talent, structure, and processes align with their strategic objectives. Additionally, Greg manages the firm’s Upward Feedback process, which is designed to provide managers with insights around their leadership effectiveness. Previously Greg worked in similar roles at JP Morgan Chase & Co and Daymon Worldwide Inc, and has also worked in external consulting capacities, specifically as a Management Consultant at E. Rogers Associates, Inc. and as an Assessment Center Analyst at BTS. Greg holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and his current areas of research interest include leadership development and team performance.
