Nick Ryberg focuses on the importance of assessment tools in the selection and hiring processes. He provides the “business case” for integrating assessment tools into your organization and the importance of scientifically valid measurement tools in driving business performance. Participants will gain an understanding of why over 80% of “best in class” companies focus on
employee engagement, utilization of assessments tools, and the current assessment market. Additionally, participants will get to engage in several hands-on learning interactions focused on applying and understanding an assessment tool example.
About Nick Ryberg
Nick, president and founder of Hunter-Ross, LLC, has expertise in employee engagement consulting, assessment solutions, workforce analytics, and executive level search projects. He has over 30 years of combined experience in private sector human resources leadership in fortune 500 companies, including Sorrento Cheese, Nabisco, Mobil Chemical, FMC Corporation and Unilever. Nick has lead the development and growth of HR consulting and executive search businesses nationwide and has been recognized as a leader in the search industry. He is a Predictive Index Certified Partner and has certifications in multiple assessment tools and diagnostics through the Predictive Index, TTI Success Insights, and Qualtrics. Nick has a Bachelors Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from The Pennsylvania State University and attended the Executive MBA Program at Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
