The growth in demand for talent over the past few years has seen Long Island businesses search for answers around talent development. Talent Development encompasses several different areas including classroom instruction, e-learning, and individual coaching. This session focuses on the overlap between talent development and coaching. What are the uses of coaching in the talent development portfolio? How can training managers best use coaches in their training curricula? What is the definition of coaching? How can training managers best convince their stakeholders of the importance of coaching? What is the International Coaching Federation? What can coaches do to better serve organizational stakeholders? Our panel will address these and other issues.
