Moving Employees From Compliant to Committed: Creating a Culture of Ownership in Your Company. Does the expression, “You can’t get good help these days” come to mind when you think about your own employees? Are you worried about what your employees are doing and saying to customers when you’re not there? It’s possible to get your employees to think and act like owners of the business without giving them stock or paying them more money.

Randi Busse is a Customer Service Speaker, Trainer and Author of "Turning Rants Into Raves: Turn Your Customers On Before They Turn On YOU!" Randi integrates Rant and Rave, the book’s two fictitious employees who depict the best and worst in caring for customers, into her dynamic presentations. The iconic images of Rant the renter-type employee, and savvy Rave who thinks and acts like an owner, create an unforgettable experience. She is the President of Workforce Development Group, Inc., a training and development organization that specializes in improving the customer experience, increasing customer retention and creating a culture of ownership among employees. Randi is a dynamic speaker with the ability to make audiences listen, nod, laugh … and connect the dots between their own experiences as a customer and how their behaviors and the way their employees treat customers affects their bottom line.
