Are you at a crossroads in your life? Are you feeling overwhelmed or stressed because of the rapidly changing pace of life and business and wish that you could get a handle on what’s going on or what you should do next? Finding one’s way has been a theme forever—philosophers, poets, writers and spiritual leaders all have written or spoken about defining your “best self”. In this one-day workshop, you will come away with useful tools you can use now or in the future, a better understanding of your personality type and a plan that consolidates the information gathered from the various exercises into a personalized plan aimed at achieving the success you desire.

First you will identify what's important to you so that you can create the life you choose--one where you feel fulfilled, effective and valued. Research in the field of contemporary neuroscience has shown that the brain makes millions of connections each minute and the more you focus on something—a thought, a concept, an intention—the more likely the brain is to reinforce that idea and help you reach it. You will learn techniques that you can use throughout your life to reduce stress, organize your thinking and bring clarity about your life's purpose.

Research has shown that each of us has a predominant personality type—our own inborn way of looking and dealing with the world around us. This inherent “wiring” helps make us who we are. It is our “behavioral DNA,” the “Silent Factor” that influences all aspects of our lives. We will use G.E.M.S. ™—A Guide to Exploring and Maximizing Your Strengths™, a proprietary self-assessment tool, to help participants understand their individual personality type and use those insights to help them create their most satisfying life.
