Many organizations are looking to move towards blended learning however very few organizations know how to implement such a program effectively. Peter Matamala of Matchstick inc. will discuss the benefits of blended learning and why organizations should consider using this instructional design technique in an environment where resources are limited and learners are remote and mobile. Attendees will learn how to implement Blended Learning effectively and identify the long term benefits of increased learner engagement throughout the training process.
