Mentoring benefits the employee AND the entire organization. Learn what it is and how you can use it to enhance the mentor, the mentee and the organization as a whole.

Beth Meixner is the Founder and President of Moxxie Network LLC, an innovative women’s business community launched in 2008.  Join us on Thursday, March 31, to hear Beth’s story of why and how she began Moxxie Mentoring Foundation in 2012. Learn how to start and oversee a mentoring program and how to use the program to promote your company brand.
One of the first steps in launching any initiative is gaining leadership buy-in.  Beth will guide us through the process of developing a compelling business case. Next, we will learn the careful planning essential to a successful program, as well as the importance of the proper identification of mentors & mentees, training and continuous support for both mentor and mentee.
